Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship all orders via USPS and FedEx. Estimated delivery times within the continental United States are 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Free Shipping

Bulk orders or crypto orders qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Discreet Packaging

All Pixie Pod orders are sealed, boxed, and placed in bubble-wrap envelopes for discreet shipping. No branding or product descriptions are visible on the exterior packaging.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the USPS or FedEx website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us on our Contact page, and we will work with the carrier to locate your order.
